Hi, I’m Jess, founder of The Good Night Sleep Consultant, and mum of three little ones. We live in South-West London, where we spend lots of time on the school run with a buggy, bikes & scooters in tow, seeking out good coffee and brunch spots, and occasionally venturing into Surrey for the scenic walks or central London for some hustle and bustle (& the odd museum!).
I’ve not always been a sleep consultant. In fact, after our eldest was born, we were sleep-deprived and desperate. Possibly much like you are now. And it became apparent to me very quickly that we all know the importance of sleep (perhaps especially once it’s taken away!). But there’s very little education out there for those struggling with little ones who aren’t sleeping.
Baby sleep can feel like such a mystery. The information out there is limited at best, or confusing and contradictory at worst. As parents, we’re left to try and figure out sleep on our own – then left to deal with the consequences when it doesn’t work out. That’s why I decided to become a sleep consultant. I am passionate to educate and help parents who are struggling with the same things I once did. I have combined my years of personal experience and research with a formal qualification to become fully OCN certified. Now I feel immensely privileged to help families like yours transform their baby’s sleep and, in doing so, transform their lives.

Who do i work with?
Newborn consultations are perfect for those expecting a little one, or those with a newborn aged 8 weeks and under. These consultations are designed to help you start to understand some of the basics of baby sleep, and to lay really healthy sleep foundations to set your little one up for sleep success.
I then work 1-1 with little ones aged 5 months to 6 years struggling with any sleep issue. Families often come to me with babies or children who are battling bedtime, waking multiple times a night, dependent on feeding or rocking to sleep, having short naps, or unable to sleep in their own sleep space. I also work with families to resolve their little one’s early starts, bring some structure into their routines, and guide them through a transitional period.
Getting the whole family sleeping better is one of my priorities, so I don’t charge extra for multiples. I am delighted also to be able to offer a significant discount to work with siblings if you have more than one child who is struggling with sleep.
Although I am based in the UK, all of my work is online – so I can work with clients anywhere in the world! I’m always happy to work with you across your time zone, and can open up slots in my calendar for consultations to ensure we find a time that works for you.
